Dr. Crystal is a higher education professional who understands the issues that arise in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space. She is passionate about these issues and desires to bring forth positive change. 


Dr. Crystal is a highly sought after DEI consultant and voice in the community. Her interview-style podcast, `Dr. Crystal Says', seeks to empower black women and discuss the issues, challenges, and joys that black women face in society. She also offers DEI trainings, workshops, and other speaking events.
